RPM Fitness has been a popular training and fitness presence in the town of Winthrop for over 5 years. Just recently, we’ve opened a brand new 5,000 square foot facility on Bank Street. In this state-of-the art new space, we offer personal and small group training as well as group exercise classes including Indoor Cycling, Yoga, Zumba, Step, Cardio Weight Training, Pilates, and Kick Boxing There is also a spacious area for weight training, TRX and cardiovascular training (treadmills, elliptical bicyles, and stepmills). Friday: 5am - 8pm
Saturday & Sunday 7am - 3pm
