Group HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

During this one hour workout you will take turns at stations with various exercises ranging from flipping tires, battle ropes, kettle bells, medicine balls, chains, and more. This is a more advanced class for members looking to push themselves to new levels.

Strength and Conditioning

This comprehensive program will consist of a resistance training regiment constructed with the goals of improving muscular endurance, building muscular strength, improving body composition and flexibility, as well as increasing aerobic capacity. You can expect some supersets, compound sets, complexes, circuit interval training and more!


While on a stationary bike, you will experience a high intensity workout that is run by one of our experienced, certified, instructors. An advantage to cycling is that you get the same cardio benefits as running without the stress on your knees. Cycling is perfect for the beginners and advanced level alike because you can customize the resistance to what you are comfortable with.

These classes are not included with a membership but members do get a discount.

Cardio Combo

This interval class combines cardio with weight training to provide a full body workout.

Cardio Weight Training

This class uses weighted bars, dumbbells and more in a series of exercises that are designed to provide a full body workout.  Workouts are 45-60 minutes long.

Kick Boxing

A combo of kickboxing/dance moves perfectly choreographed to high energy & motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardio challenge with intense intervals strength/endurance training.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

This class features a continual sequence of poses with an emphasis on the deeper physical aspects of asana as well as a heightened sense of breath control. This class is energetic and challenging and is geared to those familiar with yoga postures and the sun salutations. Classes vary and sometimes incorporate emphasis on different body parts.

Deep Stretch & De-stress Yoga

This class is a great compliment to the step and weight training classes that precede it. Encourages deep breathing with deep stretches that focus on letting go of tension while accessing deep tissue.  Classes incorporate front, back and side body opening as well as some spinal twists designed to bring a sense of balance and peace to participants.

Hot Vinyasa Flow Yoga 

This heated class features a continual sequence of poses with an emphasis on the deeper physical aspects of asana as well as a heightened sense of breath control. This class can be physically challenging and is geared to those more familiar with yoga postures and the sun salutations.  Layered clothing and water are recommended.

This well-rounded Hatha-based yoga class incorporates held poses, core strength, flexibility, balance and concentration.  This class encourages freedom of movement and is suitable for all levels of practitioner and recommended for those new to yoga.  This class can be uplifting and rejuvenating.  Instructor includes variations and modifications.
